How did we do it?

Opia proposed a Gift with Purchase promotion, inviting customers to claim a wireless charging mat, available in a selection of four bright colours to match the handset.

This reward proved to be extremely popular. The first phase of the campaign targeted phones4u customers. Opia delivered a comprehensive turnkey solution, managing the end to end redemption journey, organising the reward fulfilment, and offering full promotional risk management against over-redemption.

The campaign was a great success and more than tripled sales, quickly expanding to multiple retailers across multiple regions.
